Premier Logs - Terms & Conditions

  1. Full payment for all goods must be received on delivery by Cash or Cheque.
  2. All goods remain the property of Premier Logs untill paid for in full.
  3. Premier Logs reserve the right to refuse orders or cancel orders from any customer for any reason without prior notice.
  4. Delivery times may be given as guide times but Premier Logs will not be liable for costs incurred from late or failed deliveries.
  5. While every effort is made to deliver logs on the customers preffered day, Premier logs will not risk delivery in excessive ice or snow.
  6. When ordering goods from Premier Logs, the customer accepts to grant access to their property to recover any goods that are not paid for.
  7. Prices quoted on the website may be subject to an additional delivery charge. Premier Logs will confirm a final delivered price before delivery.
  8. All prices on this website are updated as regularly as possible but may be out of date. In this case, the customer will be notified and have the right to cancel delivery.
  9. Customers must check all goods are satisfactory on delivery and before the delivery driver leaves.
  10. Any complaint must be made within 24hrs by email to sales@plymouth-logs.co.uk
  11. If the customer is not satisfied with the goods after the delivery driver has left, it will be the customers responibility to return the products to the nearest depot.

Please note: While we have had to create these terms and conditions to protect ourselves against rogue consumers, we make every effort to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied with our products and our service. As a local company, your ongoing custom is very important to us.
